6 QUESTIONS
Questions people ask
Why are the browser versions free and the apps not?
The browser versions are trials. They do what a browser allows — 30 minutes a session, and for AURA only the audio in that tab and three of the six modes. Paying removes the clock and gives you both apps outside those boundaries.
Is there a trial?
Yes, for both apps. They run in the browser with nothing to install: 30 minutes a session, as often as you like. Hear whether the sound suits you, then decide.
Does it run on a Mac?
Not yet. There are Windows and Android editions today. On a Mac, use the browser trials.
What do I get when I pay?
Four files: Undertone and AURA, each for Windows and Android. You land on the download page immediately. Paddle emails the receipt.
How do refunds work?
Write to [email protected] with your order number within 14 days of payment and you get the full amount back. We do not ask why. Refund policy
